KpiX provides flexible, multi-layer dashboard capabilities so operators, engineers, and managers can monitor assets, models, and entire operations from a single screen - in real time.

Dynamic Dashboard​

The default application dashboard provides an instant operational overview:

  • App-level KPI counts - total assets, online, offline, active models, open alerts
  • Per-asset device statistics and recent event feeds
  • Model-level statistics for fleet-wide overviews

Control Centre Dashboard​

A model-specific dashboard that puts monitoring, control, and configuration in one view:

  • Combine live telemetry widgets, control buttons, and configuration panels
  • Fully customisable per device model
  • Operators can act on assets without leaving the dashboard

Master Widget Library​

A global reusable widget library shared across all applications in the platform:

  • Create, update, and organise master widgets centrally
  • User-level widget personalisation - each user can configure their own view
  • Paginated widget catalogue for large libraries

Logical Views​

Create cross-asset virtual views that combine data from multiple devices and models:

  • Group widgets from different assets into a single process view (e.g., a production line, a building floor)
  • Access views by unique code or ID
  • Ideal for process-level monitoring that cuts across device type boundaries

Organisational Hierarchy​

Structure your asset inventory in a multi-level hierarchy:

Site → Building → Floor → Zone → Asset
  • Full CRUD operations on hierarchy nodes
  • Structural reorganisation when layouts change
  • Export and import hierarchy as JSON for migration and backup
  • Bind users to specific hierarchy scopes - they only see what's in their zone

Derived KPIs (Pro & Premier)​

Define computed metrics from raw telemetry:

  • Write custom formulas combining multiple telemetry properties
  • View the latest KPI value per asset across the fleet
  • Historical KPI trend data for performance benchmarking
